With Act 1
Constructing Lines, Drawing Spaces
Workshop in cooperation with the Neue Nationalgalerie (12 years or older)
The artist Imi Knoebel draws lines, paints paintings and constructs spaces. Or does he construct lines, draw spaces and paint lines? The exhibitions in the Deutsche Guggenheim and the Neue Nationalgalerie provide unique insights into Knoebel’s rich artistic output and technique. We will not only look, think and talk, but try our own experiments with form and color. At the end of the workshop, we will present our creations in a joint exhibition.

Be an Artist Yourself!
Family Workshop (6 to 12 years)
Paint, brush, easel! Let your creativity run free! One day after your journey of discovery through the exhibition of the artist Imi Knoebel at the Deutsche Guggenheim, you become an artist yourself. You and your parents visit the Wedding art workshop for children, where you create your very own paintings on the easel.
